Olaf Petzschmann - Germany
Before founding Offset Options, Olaf worked eight years at Microsoft in Germany as a Senior Consultant. There he managed projects, designed software architectures and ensured project quality for logistics, telecommunication and government customers.
He holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a Ph.D in Physics from Potsdam University.
Luke Miller - Australia & UK Before founding Offset Options, Luke was Project Manager for Tesco Compare, a start-up company focused on a marketplace for consumer financial services.
Prior to that he worked as a Business Development Manager for the Mongolia Development Gateway NGO where he designed and led projects, developed organisation business plans, and developed key relationships with international donors, commercial enterprise and local communities.
Luke holds an MBA from ESADE Business School and a BS in IT.

Offset Options has recently located itself at Barcelona Activa, an incubation centre run by the Barcelona City Government.
Barcelona Activa promotes quality and future oriented employment and businesses through seven activity lines included in its Action Plan.
Created in 1986, this municipal company was born as a business incubator with 16 projects installed. Today, Barcelona Activa has become a local and international reference in the support for entrepreneurs, innovation, professional improvement and creation of employment.
